Shipping Information
All orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If shipping is ever delayed, we will notify you via email or text. Shipping prices will be displayed at check out.
Packages that are returned to Beriville Soapery due to the postal carrier being unable to deliever, will be refunded in full with the exception of the shipping charges. If the address given to the shipper is incorrect, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for new shipping.
Return Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Our products are handcrafted in small batches. This means that each product may be slightly different in size, smell, and color.
If you receive a defective item or if an item is missing from your order, please notify us via email ([email protected]) within 2 days of the date of delivery.
